What is resilience? How do I manage my emotions? These are frequently asked questions that can lead to sudden mood swings. This course has the objective of being able to understand oneself, understand reality, and create new ways of communicating. It seeks to help develop resilience and improve well-being. This course consists of 8 modules that will help you learn about resilience, manage your emotions and develop skills to improve quality of life. You will also find in each module activities and exercises that will help you in the process. This course does not replace the therapeutic field but rather collaborates with psychoeducation.
